Greg Crimmins, CPA is a fractional and interim finance leader who helps companies and investment platforms stabilize, modernize, and scale their finance functions during periods of ownership change, growth, or restructuring. He partners with CEOs, founders, and investors to improve reporting speed and accuracy, strengthen controls, and build scalable financial infrastructure—without adding full-time headcount.
Greg brings over 13 years of institutional finance experience across real estate, private equity, venture-backed technology, and financial services. His work includes post-acquisition integration, close acceleration, forecasting and cash visibility, audit and SEC readiness, and reporting standardization across complex, multi-entity environments.
Previously, Greg served as Head of Finance for a venture-backed real estate platform and as VP at a large investment manager, leading accounting, FP&A, and treasury teams. He began his career at EY auditing hedge funds and private equity firms.
